I stayed at this hotel for my fiancé's birthday weekend, and it was super convenient for our plans. The rooms were great, always exceptional in terms of cleanliness and comfort, but the noisy air conditioning made it hard to sleep at times. The service was mostly friendly and helpful, though there was one staff member at the front that seemed overwhelmed. Overall, a decent experience with a few hiccups.
